Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 16 years of education from an HEC recognized university for every post
Director posts – 10 years of verifiable experience, including at least 3 years at senior level in a medium or large organization. Age 35 to 55. MPhil or PhD in the relevant field is preferred
Chief Audit Officer – ACCA, ICMA or CA, or at least 16 years of education in Finance, Accounting or Commerce, with 5 years in internal audit, risk management and compliance. Age 30 to 45
Assistant Director (Training and QAT) – degree in Education Planning, HRM, Social Sciences or Business Administration with 3 years of experience organizing training workshops. Age 25 to 35
