- Director QEC and IQAE, MS or MPhil with 12 years of relevant experience, or a master degree with 15 years of experience
- Deputy Registrar and Deputy Controller of Examinations, MA, MSc, MPA or MBA with five years of administrative experience, or MBBS with five years of teaching or administrative experience
- Network Administrator, MS Computer Science or BE Engineering with 2 to 3 years of network administration experience
- Database Administrator, MS Computer Science, BCS or BE Engineering with 2 to 3 years of database administration experience
- Maximum age 55 years for all positions, with relaxation as per rules
- Punjab domicile is required for all posts
- All appointments are on a contract basis
